Personal Art Project

September 15, 2015 Kirby Betancourt

So excited to share these images that we captured of Brooke! She wrote us a few months back about an awesome idea to collaborate on an art project. We threw some ideas back and forth until we came up with this! Believe it not, these images are not Photoshopped! Brooke painted her skin completely black and white using shading with different tones of gray. We photographed these images up against a solid black wall and brought in some super funky pops of color for reference. It truly did play a trick on our eyes as we started shooting because the images looked EXACTLY like this out of camera with no tweaking! Projects like this are so fun to flex our creative muscles are we are so excited Brooke shared her talents with us. We'll be photographing her again (since she is a senior) soon so check back for more images of this pretty girl!

Taylor // 2016 Brazoswood HS Senior

Taylor came to her session with balloons, hats, and adorable outfits! We photographed around Discovery Green and caught some really cool sunlight as well as an awesome skyline. Check back soon for some more awesome images of Taylor's second "fall themed" session - they're going to be amazing!

Evann // 2016 Turner HS Senior

Evann was our first 2016 senior! We are so so excited for this new year and started it off with a perfect session around southern Brazoria County. We photographed in some of the old historical buildings of West Columbia and woods of Sweeny to capture these awesome images. Evann's beautiful make up was done by the talented Olivia out of Hired Hands Salon and it was definitely the finishing touch on her already polished look. The bond between her and "O" could be seen from a mile away. We're so grateful we got to capture their relationship and these images for you guys!
